Anabel is a young woman who works at the city hall in Forcall, but her duties often take her to places like the nearby town of Cinctorres. This program focuses mainly on Anabel’s energetic efforts at promoting tourism and commerce by organizing fairs and other events and helping small businesses get funding. While in Cinctorres, she shows viewers a model of a proposed wind farm and visits a small government-subsidized footwear factory.
