It explains different kinds of glasses and the benefits and dangers of extended-wear contact lenses, shows a surgical treatment that eliminates the need for glasses for some people, offers tips on how to prevent some eye diseases and how to avoid some common eye injuries, and differentiates between ophthalmologists, optometrists, and opticians.
