Rehabilitation: The Road to Recovery

This program shows both the rehabilitative techniques used with stroke and spinal injury patients and the techniques and tools available to patients after rehabilitation has proceeded to the maximum physiologically possible. The program stresses the role played by the patient as well as by rehabilitation specialists in the patient’s recovery, contrasting the very expensive technologies at the forefront of rehabilitation techniques with the counterbalancing requirement of the patient’s commitment and willpower.
