Experts from the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Chronobiology Research Institute, Hasbro Childrens Hospital, and elsewhere discuss conditions including insomnia, narcolepsy, sleepwalking, and sleep apnea. The five stages of sleep, types of brain waves, the purpose of dreaming, and the effects of jet lag and shift work are also considered. A Discovery Channel Production. (50 minutes)
