The FBIs training headquarters in Quantico, Virginia, is part police academy, part college, and part boot camp. This program follows a class of prospective agents through a rigorous gamut of instruction, providing unprecedented access to an elite school. The personal drama and stress of the course come out in interviews with the candidates, who undergo a year of screening simply to "earn a seat" for 16 weeks of training. Roger Trott, chief of the New Agent Training Unit, discusses the requirements and testing of the agents, while footage shows the trainees in classes on law, forensics, marksmanship, surveillance, self-defense, and counterterrorism and intelligence. A Discovery Channel Production. (52 minutes)
