White Americans are moving out of cities and into the exurbs. Coeur d'Alene, Idaho is one such place, with nearly 90 percent of the population being Caucasian. Many relocate there for the conservative values and lack of cultural differences.
Coeur d'Alene served as the headquarters of the Aryan Nations. In 2000, they were driven out by local citizen movements and bankrupted by the Southern Poverty Law Center. White migration to the area is partly driven by disenfranchisement with the culture shifts associated with multiculturalism.
