Over 9,000 people claim Roundup caused their cancer and have initiated legal action. The company has a history of promoting bad chemicals such as PCB, Agent Orange, Dioxin, and DDT. Monsanto attacks any scientist who attempts to prove glyphosates are carcinogenic.

International Implications (08:10)

Brazil overturns the ban against Roundup. The National Farmer's Federation considers potential ramifications of losing access to glyphosate. The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority concludes there is no reason to change its regulatory position. The Cancer Council wants the government to support an independent review.
